Our Wellness Coaching and Results Coaching are unique because you will be working one-on-one with me. The coaching sessions are individualized to meet your specific needs. The programs are designed to give you maximum benefit and empower you to make the most of your sessions. Our goal is to help you succeed. Which is why the initial coaching session starts where you are right now. Then we will set goals, reach milestones, and build skills to move you forward.
All of the coaching programs give you direct access to me during a weekly in-person, telephone, or virtual session. Some specific coaching programs give you more flexibility and access to me via text messaging and personal email assistance. No matter which program you choose you will have professional guidance available to you throughout your program. You will always feel supported and heard.
First, you will receive an onboarding session. This initial session is where we get to know one another and discover exactly what you are striving to achieve or overcome.
Secondly, depending on the program you choose, you will receive a weekly session (in-person, telephone, or virtual), where we will review your progress, such as celebrating success, gain insight, and explore areas of concerns. Then we will focus on gaining clarity and skills to organize your thoughts, focus on your goals, and identify tasks for the upcoming week. We will finish the session with encouragement and motivation.
Third, if your program permits, you will receive support throughout the week via text and email. You will always be supported and offered clear professional guidance.

Wellness Coaching and Results Coaching is not mental health therapy. Mental health therapists are licensed by their governing state boards. Coaching is not a licensed profession. Coaching provides you with guidance, direction, accountability, and support. We do not tell you what to do or provide business strategy. We offer insight, encouragement, perspective, and move you forward, so you can accomplish your goals for optimal performance and well-being. We ask tough questions and challenge you to be the best version of yourself. We are committed to your success and provide you with structured support. We want you to succeed and to feel satisfied with your life.
No. Our services are paid in full upon beginning your coaching program. We offer payment plans for some programs. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts. You can stop using our services at any time. If you decide that after your first coaching session this isn’t the program for you, then you may request a pro-rated refund (our refund policy will be discussed during the initial intact session). After the first intact session no refunds will be granted.
Mental health therapy sessions are charged per session based upon your insurance and copay. We offer cash-pay pricing for individuals who do not have insurance.

Sobair LLC is a mental health and wellness facility. The founder is a licensed mental health therapist and registered nurse, who has been working within the health and wellness fields for a very long time. As a mental health therapist, she is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict. Although, she will not be functioning in the role as registered nurse, she understands the need for health and wellness. Her Wellness and Results Coaching philosophy stems from her knowledge and experience within the health fields through direct patient care and management roles. She has gained valuable experience and knowledge and wants to provide exceptional services that promote health and life satisfaction.

Telehealth is a way to receive care from your doctor while you remain at home. The goal of your tele-session is to ensure that you receive the same high-quality care that you would get by coming in for a visit. By taking a few minutes to prepare, you can set yourself up for a successful visit with your therapist or coach. Here is a quick checklist to make sure are prepared for your tele-session visit.
Use the best camera you can find
- Telehealth visits work best when you can be seen clearly. Many devices and computers now come with high quality built-in cameras. If your device has an external camera, you can test out the picture by doing a video call with a friend or family member.
- Place your camera at eye level and sit eye-level with your camera so you can make eye contact with your therapist/coach. This helps you see each other more clearly and have a deeper connection during your visit.
Test the sound
Most devices have a built-in microphone and speaker system. You can test yours by watching a video with sound or having a video chat with a friend.
- Plug in your device for power and Internet
- We know your time is valuable and getting to the bottom of your health concern is important. You don’t want to lose your connection during your visit, so ensuring that you have your device fully charged or plugged in will prevent you from having issues during your appointment.
- You can do your telehealth visit using Wi-Fi, but your computer will work better if it’s plugged directly into the internet with a wired ethernet cable. If you’re on a smartphone try connecting to your home’s Wi-Fi for the best connection.
Close other apps
Having too many apps running on your computer or device can make your device run slowly. Before starting the visit, close all programs that you aren’t using during the visit.
Use the best browser
If you’re using an online app, check if you need to run it in a certain browser – for instance, you may need to use Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
Find a quiet space
Find a quiet space where you will not be interrupted. It is important that you feel comfortable and have privacy to discuss your concerns, so you are less likely to be distracted during the visit.
- Adjust the lighting.
- Before you begin your visit, check the lighting. Is the picture fuzzy and dark? Try turning on overhead lights or closing blinds and drapes to reduce background light.

You will receive a link to your tele-session via email or text message. Click the link, be patient, and wait for your therapist/coach to join the session. If the link does not work or if you are having a connection problem, please contact your therapist/coach immediately to reschedule or troubleshoot.
How to act
- Act like you would if you were at an in-person visit in an office. Tell the therapist/coach all your concerns and symptoms, ask questions, and listen closely.
- Make sure you’re looking into the camera and staying close to your device so you can see and hear.
