A concierge practice is one that purposely operates on a small scale and believes in a client-centered approach. As your therapist, you will have more accessibility to me since this is a smaller counseling practice. Our concierge setting enables us to better serve you by providing greater privacy and attention, less intrusive paperwork, a more comfortable environment, and a tailored approach. Perhaps the most significant distinction between Sobair and other counseling firms is how much we value our clients’ time. We provide a peaceful, quiet, and pleasant environment for your counseling sessions. We provide in-person office meetings, virtual sessions, walk and talk therapy, and will travel to your house, if needed.
Appointments are arranged with adequate time between clients to ensure privacy and an unhurried visit to your therapist. Your time is valuable; we attempt to provide prompt first meetings and keep sessions on schedule.
We prioritize individual client experiences. Our main principle is to honor and protect the client-therapist relationship. This starts with your first encounter, and we perceive a ‘person’ who deserves respect and dignity, not a ‘case’ or a ‘diagnosis’.

You can request an appointment online through our booking service. On the Contact Us page, click the “Request Appointment” button to find a session in real-time availability. You can also contact us directly by phone, text, or email to schedule.
Once you request an appointment you will have access to your client portal. Your client portal is where you will receive the intake questionnaire and confidentiality agreement. Once you complete and submit the intake paperwork your counselor will meet with you for your scheduled session.
The distinction is between someone who is capable of doing something and someone who has the necessary skills and experience to do it professionally. A mental health expert can help you approach your situation in a fresh manner by teaching you new skills, providing different views, listening to you without judgment or expectations, and assisting you in listening to yourself. Furthermore, therapy is strictly confidential. You won’t have to worry about anyone “knowing my business.” Finally, if your scenario elicits a strong negative reaction, and you’ve been confiding in a friend or family member, there’s a chance that once you feel better, you’ll start avoiding that person so you’re not reminded of this difficult moment in your life.
