Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) treatment is one of the most widely used techniques for treating trauma. Because of the rapid and significant changes that clients experience, EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives PA have become my preferred method of working with clients. Although EMDR was initially developed to treat PTSD, it is now frequently used to treat a variety of other mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, sleep issues, anxiety, and sexual issues.
