My name is Johnna and I want to personally welcome you to our meditation community. Here you’ll find relaxation, support, and guidance to live a more centered life. Meditation has allowed me to slow down, make sense of my thoughts, and find answers within myself. I hope you’ll join us for a meditation class this week. You will find a supportive and inspirational environment that connects us to the stream of well-being.
Johnna is a mediation teacher, certified consulting hypnotherapist, and mental health counselor. Johnna’s passion and purpose is to help people “get unstuck” and connect with their stream of well-being. Johnna’s meditation sessions incorporate multiple traditions and techniques including mindfulness, mantra, breath work, guided visualizations, gratitude practice & self-acceptance practices.
Johnna’s online meditation class are designed for beginners and intermediate learners but no matter what your experience level, her easy, informative approach effectively reduces stress and promotes a sense of well-being.

Our Online Meditation Class combines proven meditation practices with scientific innovations to create a transformative experience that allows you to maximize the benefits of meditation so you can live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. All our classes are live, guided, and offer you an individualized experience you won’t find anywhere else. This is an experience you simply can’t replicate with videos or with any app. Join a session this week with us, it’s easy and fun!
Arrival time is 15 minutes before class to allow for guest interactions. Late arrivals (5 minutes after class begins, will not be allowed into class and will be asked to reschedule (no refunds will be issued for late arrivals). It is important that we properly prepare you before class to ensure a positive and smooth experience for everyone. During this time, you’ll be given an orientation to learn what to expect during your class, what you may experience, rules of the class, how our meditations work, what it might feel like, etc.
Classes begin promptly at their scheduled start times. No one will be permitted to enter the session five minutes after the class starts and no one will be permitted to enter once the class rules have been spoken. We are very strict about this rule because it ensures a distraction-free meditation experience for our guests.
If you are ready to establish a routine and see results quickly, we strongly recommend that you participate in our weekly meditation sessions. Our meditation classes are exciting and offer an interactive experience that will relax you and make you feel supported. The meditation skills you learn in your meditation class will benefit your meditation practice that you can use in your everyday life.
